The firm is also a regular contributor to local newspapers, writing weekly on legal issues of topical interest.
The firm’s Bega office is located directly opposite Bega Court, a major Court in the region which hosts regular Local, District and other Court and Tribunal sittings. The firm acts in a large number of these significant regional court cases, and also regularly acts as agents for city firms.

A choice of representation is always given to clients - in most instances clients prefer to be represented by the person they have dealt with throughout their matter. However, sometimes the firm will suggest and organise representation by agent where it is cost effective for clients and where the outcome for the client is not compromised.
